Women & Femmes
I love working with women and femme-identified folks, including those who are queer, trans, nonbinary, or exploring their relationship to femininity in their own way.
Many of my clients come in navigating complex and often conflicting messages about desire, pleasure, and what their sexuality is “supposed” to look like. You might be feeling disconnected from your body, unsure how to access or communicate what you want, working through shame, stuck in a trauma cycle, or trying to build relationships that feel more mutual, satisfying, and aligned with your values.
This is a space where your experiences are taken seriously and your pleasure matters. You don’t have to minimize your needs, perform for others, or fit into anyone else’s expectations of what femininity or sexuality should be.
In our work together, we can explore desire, arousal, orgasm, pleasure, pain, communication, boundaries, relationship dynamics, and identity. I work from a lens that affirms your autonomy and lived experience while identifying and challenging the things that aren’t working for you. I like to say “all behavior makes sense in context” meaning that it makes sense how you got here, and let’s find the deeper unmet needs that keep you going back to a waterless well. We can also gently unpack the impact of cultural messaging, gender roles, trauma, and internalized beliefs that may be shaping your relationship to sex and intimacy.
Therapy can be a place to reconnect with your body, clarify your desires, and build a more empowered and compassionate relationship with yourself and others.
However you identify (or if you’re still figuring that out) you are welcome here.
